  • Impersonating a person, brand or organisation, or collecting on their behalf without authority.
  • Publishing others’ personal data without a lawful basis.

Prohibited platform conduct

You also agree not to:

  • Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Scrape or automatically collect other users’ data.
  • Circumvent fees, KYC, or security controls; launder funds or structure transactions to avoid limits.
  • Upload malware, or abuse the widget/embed to attack or mislead a third-party site.

Moderation and review

Some Products are reviewed before publication (for example “J’y serai” badges), and any Product may be reviewed at any time. Editing certain published items returns them to review. We may remove or restrict content that breaches this policy, the law, or the rights of others.

Reporting

Report a violation to [email protected] with the link and a short description. We review valid reports and act as appropriate; we may keep the reporter’s identity confidential.

Consequences

Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, hold or reverse funds, suspend or terminate the account, and - where required - report to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches lead to permanent removal.
