Cookie Policy

What these are

This policy explains the cookies and local storage Xponsor uses, and how to control them. It complements our Privacy Policy. Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data kept in your browser; we use them to keep you signed in, remember choices, and understand how the Platform is used.

Categories we use

We use two categories of cookies, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies:

  • Strictly necessary - your sign-in session and security, and remembering interface choices (for example a collapsed sidebar). These are always on because the service will not work without them.
  • Analytics - to understand usage and improve the product, via Microsoft Clarity and, optionally, Google Analytics. These are off by default where consent is required.

Consent

Where consent is required (for example in the EU), non-essential analytics do not run until you allow them, and any consent-mode signals default to “denied” until you choose. You can change your choice at any time; strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and use private-browsing mode. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may sign you out or break parts of the Platform. Analytics cookies are set by Microsoft Clarity and, if enabled, Google Analytics, each under its own privacy terms. We do not sell the data these tools collect.
