Hosting

The platform is hosted by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. Media and files may additionally be stored with our object-storage provider.

Payment processing

Payments and payouts are processed by our licensed payment-services partner, Moneroo. UpgradeX is not a bank, an electronic-money issuer, or a payment institution: it operates a technology platform and instructs collection and settlement through the licensed provider, which handles funds under its own regulatory authorisations.

Intellectual property

The Xponsor and UpgradeX names, logos, platform software, interfaces, texts and graphics are protected and remain the property of UpgradeX or its licensors. Content published by organizers and creators remains theirs, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Reporting content or a concern

To report unlawful content, a scam, or an intellectual-property concern, contact [email protected]. We act on valid reports as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Complaints and mediation

Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute-resolution platform. This does not affect any mandatory local consumer rights.
